NFL players have to be total pros when it comes to maintaining healthy regimens, so why not talk to them about techniques that might also work for average folks? That's exactly what Des Bieler of the Washington Post did recently, interviewing Rally® health ambassadors Melvin Gordon and Jarvis Landry about how they shifted to healthier diets and, in Landry's case, added Pilates to his workout routine. Jarvis says it helped him overcome hamstring issues, and that he's gotten other guys on the team to take it up.
