When Kelsey King was pregnant with her first child, she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Her doctor told her that if she didn’t change her habits, she was at risk for developing diabetes after her pregnancy.

After she gave birth, King struggled to lose the weight she’d gained while pregnant. As her daughter grew into an active toddler, King had a hard time “finding the energy to chase her at the park,” she says. “That’s not acceptable. I want to be better for her.”

King’s dissatisfaction with her weight had far-reaching consequences for her self-esteem. “I hated the way that I looked. It was making me hate myself internally.”

Last year, through her employer, MTM, a non-emergency medical transportation service, King signed up for Real Appeal®, an online weight loss program offered by Rally Coach™. With her health insurance benefits, King was able to join Real Appeal at no additional cost.

Real Appeal provides online group support sessions, 24/7 access to health coaches, easily accessible weight loss tools, and more. Recently, the program celebrated a major milestone: Collectively, its participants have lost 3 million pounds.

Tens of thousands of people have changed their lives with Real Appeal. For King, the program has become “a way of living.”

Real Appeal® is an online weight loss program offered by Rally Coach™. Real Appeal members who attended 4 or more sessions during the program lost 10 pounds on average. Talk to your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
