For Actress Julie Bowen, Small Steps Are the Key to Staying Healthy

Maintaining your health can seem overwhelming at times. So actress Julie Bowen handles her health care one step at a time.

"There's all these little steps you can do that make your body feel better, your brain feel better, and that sort of creates a spiral of good feeling, which is what we want to get to," she told Woman's Day.

Bowen has partnered with ATTN and Rally to narrate a four-part series called Population Health, which covers important health topics through personal, real-life stories.
