Programs typically take four to ten weeks, based on your learning pace. If you’d like the help of a coach, please allow 20-30 minutes for one-on-one support. Remember, Wellness Coaches are available by phone or chat.

Coaching program content is screened by a team of clinicians including medical doctors, psychologists, registered dieticians, and exercise physiologists/personal trainers. These programs encourage small lifestyle changes that may help improve health, both during the program and after it ends. They are educational in nature and should not substitute medical advice.
