San Francisco, CA

Rally Health is growing and needs a process and metrics wonk to lead and inspire our coordination team. You and your team will own one of the most meaningful processes in recruiting - scheduling - while providing an engaging candidate experience. You will help build the operational engine recruiting needs to continue our growth across our seven offices. If you thrive in an energizing environment, enjoy mentoring others, and have a knack for identifying and executing operational efficiencies, this is a superb chance to make an impact.

In this role, you will manage at least three geographically dispersed coordinators, and partner closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure we meet our bold hiring goals, all while providing a unique candidate experience.

What you’ll own:

  • Experience: own how we communicate our candidate experience to the future Rallyers, from first contact to first day
  • Process: oversee the administration of key processes related to recruiting and HR success, including: requisition management, job advertisement, offer creation, and onboarding tasks
  • Partner: act as a strategic partner to the recruiters and hiring teams across Rally, building strong and trusting relationships
  • Leader: train, coach, and lead the coordination team to deliver an unparalleled candidate experience in a lively environment where priorities are always shifting
  • Problem solver: be a buffer and sounding board for customer concerns, while staying objective in difficult situations
  • Innovator: not only influence, but iterate and innovate our processes to ensure operational efficiency and best-in-class service
  • Data wonk: implement performance metrics to drive productivity and hold your team accountable
  • Juggler: roll up your sleeves and support the larger HR Ops team through onboarding, vacation gaps, career changes, team gaps, and whatever else arises.

What you need:

  • Experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar role
  • Strong leadership ability, with a real passion for managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Keen focus on the details and excellent organizational skills
  • Intellectually curious and willing to challenge current processes to drive operational efficiencies
  • Love for data and metrics
  • Experience driving and implementing process improvements
  • Able to multitask and juggle multiple projects and competing priorities without breaking a sweat
  • Greenhouse and Google Suite experience a plus
