Client User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Rally Health is looking for a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst to join our high performing team of analysts in leading User Acceptance Testing of our applications and ensuring our products exceeds of client and customer’s expectations. 

The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst will be helping test the Rally Connect platform.  Rally Connect lets you find doctors, treatment facilities, and other care providers with a robust search tool that includes clinical quality, price, and patient feedback information.


The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Management and communication of code availability to clients for testing, including creating testing strategy and plan
  • Providing client support during testing – analysis and interpretation of user stories and mocks
  • Project management of sprint issue resolution during and after development
  • Coordination of dependencies on testing, including, but not limited to, analysis of requirements, acquisition of functional and applicable test users and portals, examination of API issues
  • UAT testing of client-facing stories
  • Having an in-depth understanding of Rally team structure, operations, systems and products
  • Providing Product Owner guidance in story development, sprint scope, timelines and milestones based on specific client’s testing needs and expectations
  • Providing Developer guidance with bug remediation
  • Production support for Account Managers, Client Product Teams, and Call Centers
  • Acting as a line of defense against sprint derailment by investigating all client-reported bugs

Required Skills:

  • S. degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of industry experience in Technical Project Management preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Software Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Testing experience is preferred
  • Experience in test planning, test estimation, and test case design using Gurock TestRail or similar test case management tool
  • Experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar tool for Defect & Issues Management
  • Able to work with internal product feature, development and account management teams
  • Tracking and managing defects and issues from triage to completion
  • The ability to cross communicate with the product team to escalate issues and defects
  • Understand and execute defect triage (ensure tickets reported are actual defects by revising functional requirements and/or consulting with product owner/functional QA, prioritize based on severity and sprint impact)
  • The ability to report status to executive stakeholders, identify risks to schedule and provide gap analyses
  • Have attention to detail

  • Healthcare IT Industry experience is a huge plus
