The Senior Employee Relations & EEO Specialist provides conflict resolution and performance management expertise to managers and employees.

About the Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Director of HR, the Senior Employee Relations Specialist is an employee relations expert who provides consulting and guidance to Rally Health leadership and employees by deploying best practices in investigative, coaching and facilitation techniques to ensure fair and consistent treatment across the organization. This position has a heavy emphasis on employee relations, inclusive of corrective action, legal guidance and compliance. The Senior Employee Relations Specialist will think strategically and navigate through escalated field employee relations situations to create and implement sound solutions for all parties involved.


  • Investigate significant or complex internal disputes, including complaints of harassment and discrimination
  • Collaborate with managers at all levels to facilitate the development and implementation of performance counseling and disciplinary coaching
  • Advise and assist managers with formal performance improvement plans
  • Utilize significant business knowledge to make recommendations for conflict resolution at all levels
  • Prepare high-level effective investigative plans and reports
  • Ensure proper compliance training is completed across the organization
  • Keep abreast of diversity and inclusion landscape across the organization
  • Keep abreast of changes in EEO law and Employee Relations best practices
  • Build internal professional relationships to effectuate HR initiatives and policies
  • Provide litigation support to Rally Health counsel as needed
  • Represent Rally Health as a witness in litigation matters
  • Use proper coaching techniques to assist managers in having crucial conversations
  • Maintain and update Employee Relations and EEO records


  • Intermediate to advanced level experience (5-7 years) working in Employee Relations, EEO or Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills in human resource matters


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
