Payroll Administrator/Manager

We are looking to add a Payroll Administrator/Manager to our Finance team.


  • Responsible for the processing of bi-weekly payrolls for 800+ employees using ADP Workforce Now according to pre-established deadlines.
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests and address employee questions on payroll related issues.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records within the payroll system.
  • Review and verify data sources.
  • Responsible for compliance with internal and external payroll policy and procedures.
  • Support and collaborate with Benefits, HRIS, Human Resources and Accounting teams on payroll, deduction and account reconciliation issues.
  • Record manual checks within payroll system for various external compensation programs such as incentives, rewards, stock transactions, etc.
  • Prepare necessary payroll journal entries in NetSuite accounting system.
  • Assist in payroll analysis reports/variance reports and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
  • Assist with other responsibilities and projects, as needed.


Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CPP preferred
  • 3-5 years of hand-on payroll experience of multi-state US payroll for 500+ employees
  • Significant understanding of payroll processing for both exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Experience with ADP; preferable with Workforce Now
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills
  • Possess a teamwork orientation and also be able to work independently
