Senior Client Executive

Minneapolis, MN

We are looking for a strategic Senior Client Executive who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of many of our marquis clients. 

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a specific client base. You will liaise with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

While this is not a sales position and account management experience is desired, account managers with a demonstrated track record for identifying growth opportunities and building strategic relationships will be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of account management and relevant Healthcare experience
  • Proven track record of creating long-term, strategic client relationships that you can articulate and show growth plans
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
