Have you learned over the years of experience which testing tool works the best with which testing technique, and are equally comfortable working with Selenium automation framework or API level tests and can’t wait to take the quality process to the next level?

Great, we are stoked to talk to you! Rally QA team might be just a place for you. We are looking for people who can define and use metrics to track our software quality, staff an excellent team around yourself, and refine best practices.

People who are technical experts and smoothly handle communication and escalations with the stakeholders that include external customers, developers, and product development teams.

People who love self-sufficiency; have a bias for action and strong desire to change the world. 3+ years of QA Management experience across multiple projects required.

 Your day to day:

 * identify and drive QA Best Practices in the teams

* Provide leadership and technical expertise within QA team

* Review and adjust QA resource allocations based on Rally business priorities

* Acting as hands-on contributor as needed

Your tech friends would say you:

* Have 5+ years of recent experience with automated testing and testing tools

* Experienced in databases

* Are fluent in at least one programming language (python, scala, etc)

* Very organized with great attention to details

* Great at prioritizing work and tasks under pressure

* Successfully managed hybrid and distributed teams

* Love agile/lean development and has experience working in a startup environment

* Enjoy mentoring others and leading by example
