Associate IT Support Engineer

At Rally Health, the IT team works with teammates from all over the country. We support Windows and Apple computers, multiple 3rd party applications and help maintain and test networks, servers, and conference room equipment. Associate IT support engineers work with the facilities staff and security to ensure that projects and operations are maintained. As part of theIT Support Team, you will report to the Manager of IT Services. We recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.

You Will:

  • Check the ticket queue to ensure that new and outstanding requests are assigned and prioritized.
  • Liaise directly with and support the Security, Compliance, and other IT teams
  • Assist end-users with troubleshooting of network and WiFi related issues
  • Assist support contacts and staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment, and software
  • Develop documentation and identify inconsistencies with our existing processes
  • Identify and own projects for improving the IT standards within the department and across the company
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for conference room audio/video equipment

You Have:

  • You are customer service oriented at heart and love putting a smile on your colleagues' faces
  • Work hours and may be morning, evenings, and weekends when needed
  • Combination of 1 to 3 years in a help desk, service desk, or other IT related positions
  • You have completed multiple moderately complex technical tasks
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple and Windows products, including desktop and laptop hardware
  • Words like "Active Directory" and "Asset Management" are familiar terms to you
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and migrating on-prem to the cloud
  • Knowledge with legacy Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, OneDrive for Business)
  • Familiarity with legacy GSuite (Gmail, Doc, Sheets, Slides, GDrive,)
  • Telephonic Administration knowledge is a must on either 8x8, RingCentral, Five9, or Revation
