Business Analyst

Join Rally Health as a Business Analyst where you will promote communication between our clients, business, and development teams, to discover and collect requirements. You will be the go-to expert for application requirements including troubleshooting, data processing and API integration, and you will also guide client acceptance testing. As part of our Client Activation team, you will report to the Manager, Business Analysis, and work with client activation partners along with product, and engineering teams. You Will:

  • Ask questions.
  • Construct and collect business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications.
  • Communicate purpose, impact, risk, and gaps for multiple implementation projects.
  • Troubleshoot and assess defects and data translation errors.
  • Plan testing from raw data, to backend ingest all the way to UI components.
  • Assist product owners and engineers with developing and prioritizing project backlog.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of industry experience as a BA/QA professional with a background with discovering and writing functional, integration, and technical requirements and acceptance criteria, and seeing them through the SDLC to product release, with at least 1 year being client-facing.
  • Client-facing or end-user interaction and collaboration experience.
