Senior Manager, Client Testing and Release

Rally Health is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Testing and Release, to manage a growing team of Client User Acceptance testing analysts and Release managers. This is a leadership position that sets the direction of Rally’s Enterprise partner and client deliverable testing and release program(s).

The senior manager role establishes strategic plans that bridge to the Engineering, Operations and Product sides of the organization to ensure client expectations are met, while pushing our platform to the highest quality levels possible. As part of the Delivery and Activation team, you will report to the VP, Client Delivery and Activation.

You Will:

  • Manage a group of user acceptance testing and release management professionals, including an off-shore team
  • Identify process, infrastructure and tooling (e.g. automation) opportunities and work with internal and external teams to implement solutions
  • Establish testing and quality metrics that support data-driven decisions
  • Foster a "client-focused" environment while proactively managing client expectations
  • Build culture, and camaraderie within the team, and empower team members to do great work

You Have:

  • B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of Client UAT and Release Management professionals including performance planning and review, hiring, talent development and compensation management
  • Experience with testing methodologies, standard test deliverables, release management and their role within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • The ability to align business and technology quality operations across an enterprise platform
  • Advanced knowledge and application of client user acceptance methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools
  • Experience with Atlassian e.g. JIRA and WIKI, Salesforce, TestRail, Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, GITHUB


  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business
