Join Rally Health as a Product Manager on our Health Team, where you will work with a full Product Development scrum team to build and launch new product features and enhancements; this team supports our users in making healthy lifestyle changes to promote improvements in their health and wellness across a range of topics with weight loss, smoking cessation, and management of chronic conditions.You will report to a Senior Product Manager and will work with product, engineering, operations, and legal colleagues in a creative and thoughtful way. You will specialize in user onboarding - optimizing the throughput of our registration flow and constructing the best first time user experience possible, to maximize the amount of users engaged with our health coaching programs. You Will:

  • Create user stories and establish detailed feature requirements, work with engineering and other teams for timely delivery of relevant features.
  • Become an expert in our eligibility system, our accounts system, and be willing to get into the weeds on data flows to understand our constraints, recommend product improvements, and help promote company-wide improvements in onboarding.
  • Understand how existing technical systems work and to identify ways to improve them, with the ultimate goal of making the member accounts and onboarding experience smoother and easier.
  • Use and analyze data in close partnership with engineering to monitor and improve platform performance.
  • Prioritize features and establish product strategies according to client and market indicators.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline with 2+ years in Product Management, Strategy, or Business Analysis.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on web development projects.
  • You'll have familiarity with technical concepts (e.g. web services, APIs) and work with several data formats (e.g. CSV, JSON, XML) to inform product design decisions.
  • Experience using metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities.
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or other software development methodologies.
