Staff Accountant

Join Rally Health as a Staff Accountant where you will perform the daily general ledger accounting and financial reporting for assigned areas. You will also prepare cash management journal entries for multiple subsidiaries and reconciling bank transactions daily along with help with inter-company billing and allocations. As part of the Accounting Department, you will report to the Manager, Accounting and work with other members of the Financial Planning and Analysis Team.

You Will:

  • Prepare fixed asset journal entries and management of the fixed asset sub ledger.
  • Prepare prepaid journal entries following our prepaid policy.
  • Participate and oversee processes within the accounting month-end close such as review of expenses to determine whether additional expense accruals are necessary. 
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and other related accounting documents/schedules.
  • Analyze financial results for reasonableness and research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
  • 1 or more years experience in a related role 
  • CPA complete or in process
  • Experience with NetSuite, Excel and Peoplesoft
