Senior/Principal Business Intelligence Engineer-Tableau

Join Rally Health as a BI Engineer where you will build reports that provide visibility into core healthcare systems and improve decision-making for product managers and engineering leaders. As part of the reporting team, you will report to an engineering manager and work with product managers, data engineers, and software engineers.

You Will:

  • Establish metrics in Tableau that provide visibility into product behavior and guide decision-making across Rally
  • Build intuitive, performant dashboards for partners
  • Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to establish metrics and identify gaps in the instrumentation of our systems
  • Develop expertise in Rally systems and healthcare datasets

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience designing reports and dashboards in Tableau or other reporting tools (ex. Looker, MicroStrategy)
  • Experience analyzing data and developing data pipelines in Python, SQL, or Spark
  • Familiarity with Kimball, OLAP, and EDW data design methodologies
  • Familiarity with Amplitude, DataDog, or Splunk a plus
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
