At Rally Health, our platform aims to support all aspects of an individual's health - from physical and financial health to mental health and emotional wellbeing. Mental and emotional health, in particular, are areas where individuals, clients and partners are seeking support from Rally and our solutions. To meet this growing need Rally Health is hiring a Market Leader for EAP that will be responsible for implementing, setting and leading strategies related to EAP retention and growth and enabling top and bottom-line growth for Rally’s EAP business. This leader will meet a few critical needs including:

  1. Acting as a product and subject matter expert internally and externally 
  2. Ensure that our products and market message enable growth and client satisfaction
  3. Train and enable others within the Rally organization to support EAP and clients 
  4. Support major strategic clients and pursuits directly 

In addition, the VP, EAP Market Leader will directly manage business relationships with key EAP clients. 

Your core responsibilities:

  • Heavily engaged in supporting the Sales Office across all sales activities including customer presentations; strategy development; pricing and performance guarantees; marketing; and proposal development.
  • Partner with Rally’s EAP product team, which means that the hire must be able to think both critically and creatively, with a growth mindset, so that we can meet the current and future demands of our customers.
  • Play a critical role supporting the Growth Office across sales activities, including customer presentations; pricing and performance guarantees; marketing; proposal development; and operational customization to meet customer needs.
  • Develop the overall strategy for the enterprise EAP services business and align resources to achieve/exceed financial targets. Heavy emphasis on driving bottom-line IOI growth.
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of industry market and internal operating business risks/opportunities and executes strategies to mitigate/capitalize as appropriate.
  • Lead the development of annual business plans and oversee the execution of key EAP initiatives.

Minimum:

  • Undergraduate Degree in business or related field related
  • 10+ years of B2B experience in health care, employee benefits, or insurance 
  • 5+ years of experience in EAP, Emotional Wellbeing or Behavioral Health 
  • Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on EAP and/or Health & Wellbeing strategies to meet company objectives
  • 5+ Years of experience working directly with clients (employers, brokers, health insurers) in either a sales, product management or service capacity
  • Previous experience working with or in a large, highly-matrixed healthcare organization, with particular experience in working with EAP’s
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the complexities of managing a Wellbeing/EAP product portfolio, and developing new products within a disciplined product development environment
  • Exceptional ability to be customer-facing, and increase sales performance including filling the sales pipeline and closing deals
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with financial reports, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, pricing, and interpreting/communicating operating and financial information
  • Results and execution oriented
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel (~50%)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree or clinical degree
