Rally is hiring a Business Strategy Manager.  In this role, you will work cross-functionally across the Rally spectrum to create high-impact corporate, business, and function strategies. Working within Rally’s Business Strategic Operations team provides an exciting opportunity to lead teams, advise senior and executive leaders, and make a meaningful impact within our company as well as the broader digital health space. The Business Strategy Manager will work with a broad array of Rally teams and leaders to develop winning strategies that drive sustained, profitable growth in an increasingly dynamic environment. 

The Business Strategy Manager will think about how to account for risks within the market, solve marked problems, cultivate new revenue streams, and ultimately help to position Rally from a strategic marketing perspective. Other specific work may include evaluating market entry opportunities, developing new business models, and defining our long-term corporate strategy.

Additional responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Provide Product and other shared service partners with the program knowledge, market information, operational data, and business requirements needed for product design and development
  • Develop  positioning documents and help guide creation of external communication about our business strategy
  • Help create business plans and set financials targets and prepare strategic plans to ensure that those targets are met
  • Define, track and manage to business KPIs
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, develop deep market insights, and design commercial strategies to expand the coaching product portfolio
  • Create and manage execution of go-to-market plans, working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assess new growth opportunities; assist in the creation of new product concepts and prepare business case to support capital funding and prioritization 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy development, hypothesis-testing, and complex problem-solving across multiple functions (e.g., finance, marketing, operations)
  • Health care experience 
  • Strong demonstration of ability to manage a team and create an engaging environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to develop consensus among conflicting priorities and leading through influence 
  • Solid “business sense” and understanding of the digital health tech space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree /MBA
