Your day to day:

We’re looking for someone who can create, in conjunction with senior team members, 360º marketing campaigns that resonate with the intended audience, whether an end user, partner, client or payers. This role will support creating templates for configurable marketing campaigns. You understand and love producing “to spec” mechanicals but can also think outside the norm to help us take our brand to the next level.  You’ll be responsible for conveying our brand identity and voice through all user-facing and enterprise communications (print and digital) and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns and materials.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Create 360º Campaigns: Work closely with Marketing and Brand Creative Team to understand overarching strategy and create materials that will educate and incite engagement
  • Build “To Spec” Mechanicals for Print and create configurable Digital Marketing Assets: You’ll craft beautiful, press-ready print/DM materials as well as digital campaigns, social posts and microsites that adhere to our brand standards
  • Nitty-gritty: You’ll pitch in on conceptual development, illustrations, brand guidelines, and other items
  • Support prepping illustrations and archive them for distribution to our other creative partners
  • Create Illustrations and motion graphics to be used in our Sales presentations and Marketing campaigns


  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic campaigns that hit our marketing objectives
  • Strong proficiency in industry standard software and designing for configuration. Adobe Creative Suite, and configurable marketing tools like Marcom Central.
  • Ability to think outside the box and take risks
  • Fanatic attention to detail
  • An understanding towards designing for client configuration
  • Knowledge of print processes
  • Previous experience and/or an aptitude to learn motion graphics, Adobe Animate and AfterEffects and plus
  • You’re passionate about improving your health and changing people's’ lives
    for the better
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment with designers, product managers, and client services managers
  • “Ego-free” attitude to contribute to the culture of our fun and close-knit team.
  • 3+ years of Marketing design/creative experience.
  • BA or BFA in design or related field preferred, but not required
  • Some travel might be required
