Senior Financial Analyst

Minneapolis, MN; Washington, DC; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL

Rally Health is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support finance and accounting operations. You will handle and direct financial operations including day to day activities as well as forecasting results. You will assist with A/P, A/R, accounting entries, accruals and reporting along with support data mining, analysis, and research.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for financial analysis and modeling, including analysis of historical and current trends, short and long-term forecasting, and pricing scenarios.

  • Build presentations for use with all levels within the organization summarizing financial performance.

  • Support audit and tax processes, providing technical input as well as project management leadership.

  • Work with other business leads to build and maintain forecasts and anticipate variances between forecasts and actual results.

  • Analyze financial results for reasonableness, prepare variance analysis and ad hoc analysis to drive business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years experience in finance or accounting roles.

  • Business or Accounting degree and CPA and/or MBA a plus.

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks and/or PeopleSoft.
