About the Team: The Salesforce System Administrator team is responsible to collaborate  with the ongoing development and support of salesforce.com deployment. The administrator works closely with functional leaders, various organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, support and deploy new business processes.

Your day to day: The Salesforce Sys Admin administers maintenance and deploys configuration changes for the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud platforms, as well as partners with the appropriate teams to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.  The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.

Your core responsibilities: 

  • You will build and support configuration and customized solutions in Salesforce.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • You'll handle multiple challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with teams to respond quickly to user requests and provide functional evaluations.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve our integrations with different systems.
  • You will seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, staying current with Salesforce releases and tools.
  • You will actively assist with triaging Live Production support matters.

About you:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of system administration experience with Salesforce.com, exposure in Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, and Communities clouds.
  • Experience in configuring all aspects of salesforce.com to meet business needs
  • Proficient in all aspects of configurations including - Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning App builder, Reports and Dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Roles, Profiles, and Sharing.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer 1.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complex implementations with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Agile Methodology experience
  • Flexibility to work various hours as needed to provide Live Production support

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry..
  • Certified Advanced Salesforce.com (ADM-301) and other relevant Salesforce and Service Cloud certifications.
  • Exposure to SOQL, triggers and VF pages.
