About the Team:  

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for ongoing development of our platform. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.

Your day to day: 

You will use your excellent technical and communication skills, working alongside Solution and Technical Architects to maximize efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on various user group needs.  You’ll demonstrable ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests with tight deadlines, and lead laterally and upwards. 

Your core responsibilities: 

  • You'll work independently with members of the user community to gather, understand, define and document development requirements.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients; using Elements.Catalyst
  • You'll collaborate with team members to design a solution that will meet our partners business requirements and fulfill user stories
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
  • You will assist with migration from older systems/processes into
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • You will work with our management team to establish suitable processes and solutions to support administrative, development, and change management activities.

About you: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years experience as a Analyst.
  • Experience with Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • Field Service Lightning required.
  • Functional knowledge of relational databases and SFDC data structure, and an understanding of how to use the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.
  • Solid understanding of standard methodologies and functionality.
  • Flexibility to work various hours as needed to provide Live Production support.

Experience preferred:

  • Previously worked within an Agile Environment
  • Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Insurance domain knowledge.
