About the Team:

Rally Health’s Business Solutions Team is responsible for acting as Salesforce experts and business consultants to teams within Rally Health, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare.

Your day to day:

This role will primarily be engaged with developing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform utilizing the Health Cloud Managed package in conjunction with Field Service Lightning. In this capacity, the Senior Business Solutions Manager will be expected to guide partners/stakeholders towards the appropriate, scalable, and highest quality solutions; manage the delivery of those solutions; and ensure appropriate post-launch planning and execution including, but not limited to: live site support, documentation of processes and best practices, support for any handoffs, and potential risk identification and mediation. 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Learn  business stakeholder processes end-to-end and establishing structures by which to maintain that knowledge as processes evolve.
  • Consult with product owners (internal and external to Rally Health) as well as any other relevant stakeholders to define the scope of any Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for solutions based on expertise in the Salesforce platform with specific expertise in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
  • Write and distribute all business documentation for each stakeholder based on stakeholder’s unique needs; this may include the scheduling of status update meetings, drafting project plans, providing weekly status updates, etc.
  • Establish  governance process(es) that allows for the efficient evaluation, prioritization, and intake of any requested work.
  • If necessary, write stakeholder-facing documentation that supplements technical and functional documentation.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (Salesforce core understanding of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Field Service Lightning; preferred).
  • Ability to understand current/changing business processes; participate in defining application and platform functionality.
  • Exceptional project / program management skills and experience deploying large-scale cross-enterprise IT systems implementations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive product/program management experience with use case analysis, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
  • Particular detail to communication, problem-solving, and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Keen eye on identifying business issues and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to focus on the vision and strategies of the stakeholder group while managing the tactical components of the Coaching Platform per sprint.

  • Experience working in a digital health care technology company
