About the Team:

Rally Health is seeking a Brand Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Brand Design team in San Francisco. The position will support a variety of talent including art directors, designers and writers while assigning jobs, setting priorities to meet deadlines and troubleshooting. The role is a partnership with the brand creative director, working closely with marketing managers, marketing project managers, sales and the corporate website development team.

Your day to day:

The qualified individual should have experience managing resources and projects for print (event booths, signs, and collateral, print advertising etc), digital (web, email, social media, animation, video production) against marketing roadmaps with cross functional teams. This person should also be able to approach problem solving in a composed, solution oriented, and highly creative manner, as there is a continuous need for original and forward thinking with respect to evolving needs of the team and company process. The right candidate will possess strong preference for working in an intimate, collaborative, and open work environment. This role reports into the brand marketing team and it’s established process.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • You have 5+ years of experience in project management/operations working closely with a design team
  • You have excellent resource management skills
  • You know Jira
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaboration
  • Solid experience managing multiple complex projects and budgets all at once
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines, and cope with changes
  • Excellent communicator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have established standards and practices (initiation, tracking, reviews, follow up, etc.) and ensuring team deliverables meeting high standards.
  • You have worked side-by-side with creative directors, designers, writers, animators and understand their unique needs.
  • You are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have advocated for the members of the team to provide an excellent working environment.
  • You have led outside vendors and contractors.
