Working in Rally Health's dynamic HR Operations team, you'll partner with several core internal teams and leaders. The team is known for working hard, laughing, and having a lot of fun all while focusing on our mission to help people live healthier lives.

As the HRIS Business Analyst, you will provide primary support for Rally’s HR systems, with a focus on day to day administration in support of biweekly on boarding and payroll lifecycle activities. You will function as the primary point of contact for our internal support teams.

You will assist with projects focusing on process improvement, gaining efficiencies and deploying automated workflow solutions and support internal reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for HR systems, including researching and resolving HRIS problems and performing scheduled activities within the framework of day to day administration and biweekly HRIS Payroll lifecycle.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal HR support staff isupporting employee inquiries and requests. Triages, resolves and escalates according to nature and severity of requests.
  • Recommend process and customer service improvements, innovative solutions and relevant policy changes. Supports the deployment of such changes.
  • Assists in the delivery of project goals with focus on requirements documentation and creation of relevant test plans. Supports testing efforts and documents process and results.
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running audit queries and analyzing data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 1-3+ years of HRIS/HR Systems technical experience and exposure to HR functions and processes. 
  • Experience with creation of reports.
  • A desire to improve, fix processes, address issues, and tackle  problems.
  • ADP and JIRA experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively, combined with business acumen. Builds and fosters relationships with internal and external customers to support business  objectives.
