We are seeking a Product Manager for our Health team. This role will support the goals of Health Solutions to help our members succeed at developing better overall health and wellness.   Consumers, and our Clients, need programs that will improve access and lead to better outcomes, while reducing the total cost of care for all.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You will work with Product and XD on the Rally Health & Wellness user experience and assist in the implementation of a set of specified set of features.
  • Support the Health Solutions product team throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle on the development and ongoing management of new and existing features on the Rally Health platform.
  • Define detailed requirements and user stories in partnership with other Product Managers & Product leads.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on feature definition and requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering and other internal teams (including others in Product, Client Delivery, XD, Program Management, Legal) for successful and on schedule delivery of roadmap items.
  • Attend agile process meetings to keep project and feature development focused and on track, sign off on completed work, trace completed requirements, hold team accountable to timelines and scope.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products around growth, engagement, retention and other KPIs.
  • Work with the product teams to contribute to building and defining product strategy.


  • Bachelor degree required; background in Engineering/CS is a plus.
  • 2+ years experience working as a product owner/product manager or high awareness of product management responsibilities and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies while working toward tight delivery deadlines.
  • 2+ years of demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Track record of successfully contributing to the concept creation, design and launch of consumer-facing products or programs. Using data to support decisions and for developing business cases and determining roadmap priorities.
  • Ability to keep business and strategic goals top of mind while prioritizing daily work needs.  (Think strategically and execute methodically)
  • Superior verbal and written communications.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or health and wellness space is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
