Technical Business Analyst - Price Care

Rally is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for Price Care,  Find and Price Care helps people find, price, schedule, and pay for care in addition to rewarding them for choosing the appropriate care. 


  • Identify, document, analyze and communicate requirements of complex products across Rally.
  • Translate client business needs into detailed requirements (technical & non-technical) and user stories with emphasis on simplicity and ease-of-use.
  • Track the entire software development lifecycle from development to release and be available for general troubleshooting of responsible product. 
  • Be comfortable with data and make configuration changes to responsible product to support ongoing client business, regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Establish knowledge of client’s business challenges and priorities to translate into ongoing opportunities.
  • Help establish project test plans and assist with test execution.
  • Manage multiple priorities and work across client groups to eliminate barriers and complete high-quality projects in agreed upon time frames.
  • Maintain regular client communication, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner. Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery.
  • Contribute to project discoveries, kickoffs, project plans, proposals & statements of work following company standards as needed.
  • Work closely with business stakeholder group to not only understand the business requirements, but to also collaborate with these stakeholders to shape the requirements and solution in a way that meets the business objective.



  • Bachelor’s degree, with 3 – 5 years of Technical Business Analyst experience with B2C (Business to Consumer).
  • Must be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid technical skills within highly complex, multi-system environments.
  • Ability to work within a higher performing team, against tight deadlines.
  • Elevated attention to detail, excellent listening skills, critical thinking.
  • Experience working with Clients to document detailed business requirements and convert requirements to Agile implementation stories.
  • Preferred Previous consulting experience working with clients and internal Rally teams to recommend strategy and roadmaps.
  • Data query experience desirable.
