QA Analyst

We are looking for an analytical thinker to join our team as a QA Analyst. You will work to validate that our products are configured to the customer’s specifications based on requirements via manual and automation testing. Your keen eye for detail and desire to work inventively and expertly to ensure the quality of our implementations are key for this role. You are focused and dedicated to ensuring the best possible client experience and will be able to use defect metrics to help improve configuration, development and testing practices. You are a phenomenal teammate, proven communicator and analytical and tenacious in seeking out answers to problems. You love organization and are a successful multitasker who can easily prioritize and respond to clients consciously and expeditiously.

Required Skills:

  • B.S. degree preferred

  • 2-4 years of industry experience as a QA professional with experience in functional, integration, and regression testing of web applications

  • Client-facing or end-user interaction within a QA capacity

  • Experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar tool for Defect & Issues Management

  • Experience using TestRail or similar test case management system for test planning and execution

  • Able to work with internal product feature, development, and account management teams

  • Tracking and managing defects and issues from triage to completion

  • Responsible for gathering requirements and developing test cases from informal requirements

  • Provide status updates to executive partners, identify risks to schedule and provide gap analyses

And for bonus points:

  • Healthcare IT Industry experience is a huge plus

  • Experience with HIPAA Benefits Enrollment testing

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Experience with Jenkins

  • Experience with SSO and API testing

  • Experience with mobile testing (iOS/ Android)

  • You're creative, passionate, curious, likes to think outside of the box, and are someone we can learn from
