We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Product VP team. In this fast-paced role and environment, the Executive Assistant will provide exceptional support to a team of Vice Presidents, bringing organizational skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and positive attitude.

What you’ll do:

  • Review, update, and manage multiple complex calendars based on Executive priorities with prompt and sound decision-making skills.
  • Coordinate domestic travel and meticulously process expenses using Concur.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and project manage all logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Constantly seek areas for improvement while driving implementation of solutions within the department.
  • Handle communications, reports, presentations and other documentation.
  • Possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle!

Individuals in this role have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role, calendar management, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives professionally and meeting their expectations with high attention to detail.
  • Extremely organized and conscientious while gracefully managing shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Mastered the art of google apps, particularly calendar.
  • Worked with Concur travel systems.
