The Skinny:

Rally Health’s Consumer Support Representatives are the first point of contact for our amazing users, and are ultimately the face of the company. You should love connecting with customers via phone, email, social media, to assist with things like: password resets, registration assistance, questions around deposits, changing benefits, and much more. You have the ability to make these interactions a positive experience and continue to support our users in their goal to make life-changing decisions. Your goal is to make their experience as memorable as possible while solving all their questions and concerns.

What your average day might look like:

  • Responding with white glove service to all customer contacts and following up on user issues or questions using our in-house and 3rd party systems.

  • Participating in up-training and coaching to learn new products and services and focusing on continuous improvement so you’ll learn skills and ideas that go beyond the office, making you a better person at home, a more valuable employee at work, and a more active member of the community.

  • Helping to build a precise feedback loop within the organization. Users provide deeply valuable information to us with each interaction, and you’ll be a vital part of getting that information back into the organization so we can make things even better for our users!

What you’ve gotta have in the bag:

  • A+ Customer Service Skills, a love of multitasking and the desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Impeccable social skills, both verbal and written, comfortable with technology of all shapes and sizes (including Macs and the google suite), ability to type at least 25 wpm and excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling Skills.

  • An understanding of and alignment with our culture and company mission. We’re all about healthy life choices, bettering the lives of others, and creating an unmatched user experience.

  • Flexibility when it comes to your work availability. Our call center is open 16 hours a day, Mon-Fri, so we need you to have some flexibility on shifts.
