Client Activation Operations Manager

The Client Activation Operations Manager will strategically apply company policies and procedures to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. You will work on complex issues where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. As a top-tier professional, you will be expected to build a network of key contacts outside your own area of expertise to support the variety of projects you will own.


  • Own and develop multiple functions within operations to meet the organization and business needs

  • Builds and manages relationships with internal Rally teams while looking for new opportunities to expand the “reach” of the activation team

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and oversee strategies aimed toward ensuring that Client Activation initiatives deliver high-impact results to partners and customers

  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies

  • Perform requirements analysis on new work to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

  • Develop, update, implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects

  • Serve as a liaison between partners and users

  • Perform and lead operational tasks of varying degrees

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

  • Perform additional ad-hoc reports and projects as assigned from time to time


  • A master’s degree in business or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, account management or a related field

  • 7+ years of project management and leading successful projects

  • 4 years of consumer facing product experience

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

  • Positive relationship building skills and ability to influence a broad range of audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and attention to detail and the ability to function with a high degree of accuracy

  • Salesforce and SaaS experience is a plus
