Rally Health is looking for a Digital Sales Consultant to support the strategic identification and development of digital health initiatives and services within their assigned area, while also working closely with resources from across the organization and interfacing directly with clients/potential clients. The DSC will work with a cross-functional teams in developing strategies and business cases, structuring partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to grow digital health capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Researches, evaluates and communicates health marketplace trends, the high-reaching environment and legal regulations impacting the digital health space
  • Builds and maintains business cases to model impact of new digital health initiatives and partnerships
  • Analyzes and reports clinical and financial benchmarking data and finds opportunities for cost reduction and outcomes improvement
  • Works with staff to develop alternative solutions and provides methods for monitoring changes in practice
  • Analyzes and recommends volume projections, understanding the new operational flow, working with regulatory department to ensure that all regulations are met in the design
  • Analyzes local, regional, and national market trends to support the continuing refinement and evolution of the new digital health offerings; analyzes competitive developments in Rally’s local, regional, national, and international markets to identify important opportunities and challenges
  • Analyzes opportunities for development of new business, growth of current business and assists with business planning and implementation as needed
  • Collaborates with staff from other departments to increase data quality, communication and coordination
  • Educate and inform clients aggressively about current and future IT trends impacting Healthcare including Cloud, Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and how it can bring value to their business
  • Socialize and present key findings to C-level executives
  • Develop proposals from end to end around specific topics and participate in client proposal presentations
  • Contribute to the development of additional business beyond the delivery on client engagements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to influence and help close new prospective clients
  • Consumer loyalty/employee engagement expertise
  • Solid expertise driving improvement across a combination of technology, operations and people challenges
  • Solid expertise in the IT solution stack, data and analytics platforms and tools, cloud solutions and technologies, and end-to-end process automation
  • Solid experience in Healthcare Payer / Provider settings
  • Clear track record of using technology to innovate, including leading application of digital improvement technologies
  • Demonstrated strong consulting skillset: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, creative, and with a track record for thinking innovatively
