Senior Product Manager - Medicare Rewards

  • Own vision and execution for Medicare and Retirement Rewards product and integration into Rally’s platform
  • Build and iterate new product experiences that integrate with Rally Rewards and Incentives platforms
  • Manage product configuration inquiries, maintain documentation and best practices for Medicare and Retirement Rewards product
  • Responsible for capturing and reporting on engagement and utilization
  • Define detailed requirements for leading engineering development for all areas of ownership
  • Train and communicate product features and value to internal and external partners
  • Perform industry research and handle partner relationships as directed
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the Rally product offering


  • 6+ years in product management
  • 4+ years in consumer facing products (websites, software, apps) required
  • 3+ years of experience with Rewards, Consumer Loyalty or Wellness industry are a plus
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies is required
  • Familiarity with JIRA is beneficial
  • 2+ years of experience with Medicare or Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is a plus
  • Ability to conduct analysis using data analytic platforms
  • Ability to think through complex logic in detail
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with a range of partners to understand needs and handle opposing perspectives
  • Strong attention to detail including shown ability to run simultaneously challenging priorities
  • Adaptable, dedicated, high-energy and willing to learn and deliver on a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation
