Product Strategy Analyst - Product Operations Team

This highly organized, proactive, and creative Product Strategy Analyst who excels at communication will work across teams and partners to help manage, communicate, and execute on key projects and priorities. You'll need to be a master of the details and always able to find a way to effectively collaborate across multiple teams. Primary Responsibilities

Organizational Support

  • Literally work side by side with the VP, Product Operations to identify and advance priority issues and initiatives and enforce product best practices. Develop and coordinate execution of efforts to ensure the advancement of product priorities and best practices.
  • You will ensure routine and consistent reporting to leadership on key areas of the business. Automate reports out of task and knowledge management repositories.
  • You should be able to assist in the preparation of internal and external communications (e.g., emails, articles, presentations) in collaboration with CPO and/or VP, Product Operations and Product leadership team.
  • You'll work on developing processes and consistency of Product presentations and collateral; establish and maintain communication vehicles, including planning and managing team "All Hands" meetings.
  • You will also coordinate, support, and advance the CPO through external communications, speaking engagements, and meetings. This position is responsible for coordinating external communication strategy and tactics.

Internal Operations

  • Manage the operating structures and Rhythm of Business for the team including all Leadership Team meeting operations, monthly and quarterly business reviews, budget, and follow ups.
  • Track metrics and KPI progress against targets and plans, identifies any deviations, and provides reports and analysis as required.
  • Manage preparation for and, when appropriate, facilitates meetings and events on behalf of CPO and/or VP, Product Operations.
  • Facilitate high-priority special projects on behalf of the VP Product Operations. Take ownership of projects – managing them from beginning to end and communicating progress plan.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects, roadmaps, and/or cross functional teams.
  • Background in product development, marketing, or project management
  • Experience with operations, metric reporting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communicator; capable of effectively presenting ideas and selling concepts and tactics; ability to quickly understand needs and act on those needs
  • Ability to handle complex situations, conflicts and issues effectively
  • Understanding of how people and organizations function
