Help expand and continually enhance our platform of mission-critical health applications focused on improving health and care outcomes while reducing medical trend and operational expense. As a member of the Incentives team you will:

What you’ll do:

  • Work with Product, Clinical, Engineering teams to develop and manage your product areas of ownership
  • Align with external partners to facilitate enhancements to create an intuitive user experience
  • Collaborate with XD to ensure quality user experience
  • Prioritize and secure new features and enhancements based on Product and Customer needs
  • Coordinate across Product team to support ongoing product and market initiatives
  • Work with Client and Customer support to resolve reported issues and challenges
  • Work closely with Marketing, Program Management, Legal and other internal teams to execute the release of new features
  • Own the development team’s priorities related to your areas of ownership
  • Oversee and own the overall execution of your set of product features
  • Diagram and document end to end operational flows and be the liaison to Product Support and Operations

You are great at:

  • Using data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities
  • Managing multiple, competing priorities at a time
  • Breaking down complex problems in a way people without background can understand
  • Working in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation
  • Documenting detailed user stories and collaborating with engineering

About you:

  • You possess a strong attention to detail
  • You pick up new concepts quickly and are willing to put in the effort to learn
  • You’re personable, work well with all kinds of people and quickly gain a great rapport with partners and clients
  • You’re proactive about ensuring that your initiatives move forward successfully and within timelines

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years in product management, business analyst, or related role - preferably in SaaS or consumer websites
  • 2+ years in consumer facing products (websites, software, apps) required
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies required
  • Familiarity with Rewards, Wellness, or Lab Diagnostics industries a plus
  • Experience managing integrations with external partners a plus
