Senior Technical Product Manager - Core Product Team - San Fran pref.

POSITION LOCATIONS: San Fran preferred.  Other locations could be MN or IL


  • Work with Core Solution product team to define and build Core Product Features. Resulting in leading the overall execution of your specified vertical(s)
  • Traditional product owner responsibilities include the collection and prioritization of requirements from the business and various partners.
  • Collect and remove ambiguity on partner technical requirements. Build strong relationships with partners, including other Product Teams, Security, Legal, Customer Support, Client Implementations, Data Teams, and more.
  • Develop Project Requirement documents in partnership with other Product Managers & Product leads.
  • Partner with relevant parts of the organization to align on horizontals roadmap needs and timing.
  • Attend agile process meetings to keep project and feature development focused and on track, sign off on completed work, trace completed requirements, hold team accountable to timelines and scope.
  • Build and execute on a communication plan to partners and leaders including achieving consensus to vision and roadmap.
  • Add to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
  • Stay on top of all relevant healthcare and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
  • Prefer action versus inaction, you are not afraid to be wrong
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • You thrive in a busy environment and see ambiguity as a way to forge the future and change the status quo
  • You are willing to speak up and fight for what you think is right


  • Bachelors in computer science, math, data, statistics, financial planning and analysis, or similar fields
  • 4+ years of experience working in a product manager role.
  • 3+ years of strong quantitative and analytical skills. Confirmed ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • 2+ years of experience following agile development methodology while working toward tight delivery deadlines.
  • Strong technical background, who is able to understand complex systems
  • Track record of successfully leading the concept creation, design and launch of consumer-facing products or programs. Using data to support decisions and for developing business cases and determining roadmap priorities.
  • Strong experience in working on more technical product requirements supporting back end functionality
  • Ability to keep business and strategic goals top of mind while prioritizing daily work needs.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • You should have strong attention to detail including shown ability to run multiple, challenging priorities at a time
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
