We’re looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our SVP, Enterprise Growth and Retention.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate all travel for Executives you are supporting (flights, hotels, ground transportation).
  • You'll plan and facilitate off sites: find location, oversee catering, prepare materials, and act as primary point of contact with all vendors.
  • You'll compose and submit expense reports.
  • You'll coordinate, manage, and maintain a complex business calendar, continually assessing priorities.
  • Manage confidential internal and external business documentation professionally.
  • You'll work directly with Executive Management team every day.
  • You'll communicate daily with Office Managers and Executive Assistants in our SF, Denver, Chicago, and DC offices – conference rooms, external visitors, deliveries / packages, office events, etc.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executives of a company.
  • You'll bring excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal communication.
  • You will possess a high level of confidentiality, and diplomacy,
  • You'll be proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs), and Mac OS X.
  • Ability to pick up new things and adapt quickly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Well-organized.
