As a member of the Customer Experience team at Rally Health you will play a critical role in improving the user experience by leveraging consumer feedback and consumer data. An Associate Business analyst feels comfortable analyzing consumer data to draw out the most impactful experiences.  You enjoy creating business cases to ensure our product, marketing, engineering and growth teams clearly understand the consumer point of view. You feel confident in your communication, research, analysis and presentation skills such that you will tell consumer stories to all Rally teams to create a connection to the consumer.    You love to learn and have a high capacity for learning. You feel accomplished when your work has lead to improvements across our Rally products.

Customer Experience Analyst:

  • The Customer Experience Analyst is a strong advocate for the voice of the consumer.
  • Run and deliver our CX operational reports to Rally teams on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on time with quality.
  • Participate in user research projects, analyze consumer & client data from our feedback surveys and deliver CX analysis reports on time.
  • Manage user interview procedures for research work such as emailing participants, setting up interviews, working directly with member to collect feedback to bring back to product teams.
  • Create presentations based on analysis outcomes and deliver to CX Team to keep team informed, ask for quality review and ensure work is connected to goals.
  • Identify operational improvements in our reports and procedures to improve delivery of CX analysis and project work.
  • Work toward getting the NPS Certification through our vendor partner.
  • Help team set priorities for research projects and works from beginning to end of the project with colleagues to ensure clear requirements and key success metrics are identified and measured.
  • Develop strong user research skills through training, certifications and hands on practical work at Rally.

Qualifications:

  • Internship or similar work experience in Customer Experience, Market Research or similar research work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in team environment
  • Exposure to SQL, or other data analysis tools such as Python or R preferred
