As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible with the ongoing development of our salesforce.com platform. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. You will use your excellent technical and communication skills, working alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to maximize efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on various user group needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You'll work independently with members of the user community to gather, understand, define and document development requirements.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
  • You'll collaborate with team members to design a solution that will meet our partners business requirements and fulfill user stories
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
  • You will assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • You will work with our management team to establish suitable processes and solutions to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • You will continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.
  • You will tay on abreast of new SFDC features and functionality to be a company SME on Salesforce.com.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and lead laterally and upwards
  • Ability to work independently and triage issues in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Teammate with a positive “Can-do” attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.
  • Functional knowledge of relational databases and SFDC data structure, and an understanding of how to use the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce.com standard methodologies and functionality.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Field Service Lightning experience.
  • Previously worked within an Agile Environment
  • Insurance domain knowledge.
