Responsibilities:

  • You will build and support customized solutions in Salesforce
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • You'll handle multiple challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with teams to respond quickly to user requests and provide functional evaluations
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve our integrations with different systems
  • You will seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, staying current with Salesforce releases and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4+ or more years of system administration experience with Salesforce.com, exposure in Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, and Communities clouds
  • Experience in configuring all aspects of salesforce.com to meet business needs
  • Proficient in all aspects of configurations including - Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning App builder, Reports and Dashboards, etc
  • Strong understanding of Roles, Profiles, and Sharing
  • Certified Advanced Salesforce.com Admin (ADM-301), Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer 1, or equivalent Salesforce experience.
  • Detailed individual who will quickly ramp up on business needs and technologies
  • Strong presentation, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
  • Agile Methodology experience
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desired and prior experience with startups, while not necessary, is a bonus.
  • Exposure to SOQL, triggers and VF pages preferred
