Senior Client Activation Operations Analyst

The Senior Client Activation Operations Analyst is a mid-level position that will be expected to develop, drive, and analyze existing and new operational workflows while building a strong understanding of the needs of the business from key cross-functional partners. You should be comfortable navigating across the organization to further develop certain areas of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Operations

    • Support our Service Operations revenue and billing process for the Engage product, and to eventually initiate and lead other revenue and billing process improvement initiatives within the organization.

    • Works with Finance to gain a better understanding of current revenue forecast.

    • Monitors revenue forecast against reported actuals using Client Activation order form activity contained in Salesforce.

    • Takes a lead role in aligning Sales Operations, Finance and Service Operations for monthly revenue close reviews and actions.

    • Accurately capture Rally revenue and include in the monthly invoice process.

    • Creates and provides monthly buy-up and package reports to the Partner.

    • Initiates and manages process improvement projects related to billing and revenue.

    • Partner with VP and EVP level leadership on revenue initiatives.

  • Client Activation Operations

    • Salesforce Operations

    • Manages and drives the CA Salesforce roadmap.

    • Manage the process of new Salesforce requirements from intake to prioritization, in partnership with CA partners and the Salesforce team.

    • Develop and suggest process and performance improvements with key partners to improve workflows.

    • Responsible for the development and rollout of new workflows working side by side with our Client Activation partners.

    • Perform additional ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in operational support, customer success, account management or related role required

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management

  • 1+ years in consumer facing products (SaaS, apps) required

  • Positive relationship building skills and ability to influence broad range of audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Functional analytical skills (projecting, costing, budgeting, etc.)

  • Good analytical and attention to detail along with a high degree of accuracy is required

  • Ability to establish standards and practices to ensure team deliverables meet high standards

  • BS/BA degree in related field or health care SaaS experience strongly preferred

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
