Are you passionate about customer success and software delivery? We’re looking for an experienced client-facing Implementation Manager (CIM) to join our growing Client Activation team in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

As a Rally Health CIM, you will work directly with both clients and internal partners to successfully plan, coordinate and manage the end-to-end implementation of Rally software. In this highly visible client-facing role, you will have the opportunity to interact with cross-functional teams, including: Account Management; Product; Engineering, and QA.   • Directly contribute to our growth and success by leading multiple, concurrent client implementations from inception through successful launch

  • Configure and implement Rally software with a focus on quality

  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and internal partners

  • Define and execute contingency planning and mitigation strategies as necessary

  • Build and maintain a deep knowledge of Rally products

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of implementations

  • Communicate implementation status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to partners and leadership in a timely manner

  • Identify and act on opportunities that streamline processes, documentation, and overall client experience

  • Manage matrixed resources to ensure that work items are completed within committed delivery timeframe, defined scope and integrated with other dependent projects

  • Promote healthcare industry innovation and dedication to improving the well-being of consumers

3-5 years experience in a client-facing software implementation/delivery role or project management role

  • You are able to quickly learn new concepts and technologies

  • You are confident in front of clients

  • You are highly organized and a strong communicator (written and verbal)

  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities

  • You are familiar with current and forthcoming web and mobile technologies

  • Ability to manage projects within a matrixed environment

  • Flexibility to adjust to a diverse work environment and the ability to contribute to a growing team

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Google Apps, Salesforce experience preferred

  • PMP experience preferred
