We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CTO. In this fast-paced role and environment, you will report directly into the CTO and provide strategic support, as well as supporting Office of the CTO members as needed. You will have the motivation and aim to work independently, manage multiple priorities and handle projects to completion. Whether challenges come in the form of complex meetings to planning an extraordinary off-site experience, you’re ready to execute with grace, speed, and accuracy.

What you’ll do:

  • You will provide executive level support to CTO which includes calendar management, travel, expenses, enthusiastically juggling multiple initiatives and priorities daily.
  • Collaborate with the Office of CTO members with complex internal and/or external meetings.
  • You will facilitate effective meetings by preparing the agenda, taking detailed and organized meeting notes, and tracking, as well as driving completion of key deliverables.
  • Handle communications, presentations and other documentation.
  • You will partner and build relationships with stakeholders and external partners to successfully lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • You will organize engineering events including off-sites, hackathons, team bonding events and meet-ups.
  • Travel when required.

Individuals in this role have:

  • Taken on progressively more challenging initiatives and higher accountability roles.
  • Mastered the art of google apps, particularly calendar.
  • BA/BS degree and have supported a CTO with 100-500 person engineering organization for 2-3 years.
  • Gained and used exceptional communication skills and project management ability.
  • Used metrics to measure performance and progress.
