You will be responsible for supporting company-wide initiatives through the legal department, with a focus on general matters. You will work closely in conjunction with members the legal team and other departments across the company. You can work well with others, be highly organized, have a high attention to detail, and have a great attitude.


  • You will ensure that the company and its subsidiaries remain in good standing with secretary of state filing.
  • You will assist with on-boarding of new acquired entities or subsidiaries and maintain oversight and management of all filings and license renewals.
  • You will update and maintain the database of corporate records, contracts and other legal files.
  • You will assist with negotiating, drafting, and finalizing various types of contracts including vendor, sales, marketing, non-disclosure/confidentiality, license, etc.
  • You employ solid working knowledge of the company’s organization, policies, procedures, practices and personnel to help identify issues.
  • You will review RFPs, marketing and sales materials as needed.
  • You will locate and respond to queries regarding existing agreements and relationship with certain vendors.
  • You will assist with maintaining the company intellectual property portfolio, this includes assisting with all aspects of patent and trademark registration, maintenance and renewals.
  • You will support the legal team in day-to-day tasks.


  • You have a Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certificate preferred.
  • You have 2+ years of paralegal experience.
  • You have superior organizational skills.
  • You are able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and successfully manage multiple deadlines.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail.
  • You are an independent thinker capable of developing and suggesting new, better means of completing assigned tasks.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
  • You desire to learn.
  • You are flexible, have a team approach with a willingness to perform multiple types of tasks. (paralegal, administrative, and otherwise as needs evolve)
