As an Engagement Marketing Manager on the User Growth team, you will work with Rally’s partners and employer clients to drive marketing strategies to engage employees in their health. In this role, you will leverage your marketing skills to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that drive new user growth and existing member engagement. You are someone with exceptional relationship skills, a passion for performance marketing, and one who thrives in a fast-paced, “roll up your sleeves and get it done” environment.


  • You will collaborate with account management teams and clients to understand employee needs and preferred client approach
  • Based on client intel, you will develop effective marketing strategies that drive engagement
  • You will build, optimize and scale user-growth and engagement campaigns
  • You will bring innovative, digital marketing approaches to client campaigns, iterating to better performance with a test and learn approach
  • You will create and execute campaigns
  • You will directly communicate with and manage client and partner relationships to influence promotion of Rally products and services
  • You will develop integrated campaigns working with other teams: full Marketing team, inclusive of Partner & Product, Consumer, Event, Email, Design and Content teams
  • You will collaborate closely with internal partners, including Brand, Sales, Product, Data & Analytics, Legal, and others on messaging strategy, content development, campaign execution and reporting
  • You will forecast, analyze, optimize, and report on campaign performance
  • You will attend and represent the brand at partner and/or client events


  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • You have 5+ years’ experience managing campaign creative development
  • You have understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels
  • You can think creatively, innovatively and quickly
  • You have the skills to plan, execute and manage multiple programs at once
  • You will have demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
  • You will need to be innovative, proactive, passionate, and self-directed
  • You have superior writing, organization, grammar, communication, and presentation skills
  • You need Good judgment, flexibility, resourcefulness and strong organizational/time management skills
  • You are very solutions oriented, innovative, and willing to explore and invent new ideas
  • Healthcare experienced desired
