Senior Product Manager - 3rd Party Programs

Are you a business-oriented product manager who loves looking for new opportunities to increase the value and usability of your products? Are you creative, resourceful, and autonomous? As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Rally’s product, business development, marketing, and analytics team to grow our ecosystem of external partners. You will have or gain a deep understanding of the broad ecosystem of wellbeing, financial and care vendors and be able to make smart and informed calls on which of these programs would be good for Rally’s customers and users.

This role is part strategy and part execution. You should have a clear understanding of what makes a great product as well as what makes a great revenue opportunity, and then use both to inform your product strategy. Then, you’ll execute.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize: Research and create a clear business case for Rally’s program ecosystem.
  • Create: Create and maintain a set of criteria for vendor integrations that is understandable and well-communicated across the org.
  • Collaborate. Work across teams (e.g. engineering, design, business development, product, sales, marketing, security, legal) to solve myriad complex problems in a creative and thoughtful way.
  • Execute. Understand and drive the project through requirements definition, design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
  • Competitive. Stay on top of all relevant health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, market offerings, and ensure your products stay ‘high and to the right’.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management
  • 2+ years B2C user-facing product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Digital wellness experience a plus
  • Skill in business including revenue modeling, KPI management, and business case creation
  • Client/vendor management experience- time in business development, client management, or another externally-facing role
  • Flexibility. We are a small team trying to do big things. What you are responsible for will change as our needs change. Problems will be thrown at you to solve. We are looking for someone with demonstrated flexibility and a really positive attitude.
  • A natural collaborator with strong initiative, high energy, integrity, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss complex business and technical concepts, tradeoffs, and new ideas with both technical and non-technical employees.
