Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

  • Coordination: Handling relationships with potential new hires, recruiters, and hiring managers while arranging all details including - scheduling phone and onsite interviews (in-person and virtual), securing conference rooms, sending confirmations, and assisting with travel reimbursements when applicable.
  • Candidate Care: Being responsible for the full life cycle of the future Rallyer's experience, from timely and professional communication, to onsite interview days (including greeting, breaks, and walkouts), and sending out offer letters - all while providing a standout experience to everyone who walks through our doors.
  • Support: Playing a key role in helping to keep our recruiting engine running including: Maintaining accuracy of requisitions within Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure all records and data are up-to-date, posting job openings across multiple sites, and providing ad hoc support for university recruiting.
  • Process and Projects: Seeking out opportunities to build upon and improve scalable processes across Rally and helping to drive projects that enhance our recruitment efforts.


  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an RC or similar role involving high-volume scheduling.
  • Impressive ways of staying organized while multitasking and juggling multiple projects and priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Real passion for the candidate experience and finding ways to enhance it
  • Experience with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse), Macs, Google apps and systems -- Google Calendar, Gmail and Drive.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to focus in a dynamic environment.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor, and enjoy working with a team.
