Senior/Product Manager - Disease Management

The Product Manager supports the goals of Health Solutions to help members succeed at developing better health and wellness. Consumers and our clients need programs that will improve access and lead to better outcomes while reducing the total cost of care for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Health Solution product team to define and build digital therapeutic/intervention programs. Resulting in leading the overall execution of your specified program(s).
  • Traditional product owner responsibilities include the collection and prioritization of requirements from the business and various partners.
  • Collaborate with other Rally functions including marketing, sales, finance, program management, legal and other internal teams to strategize and execute on the program(s) you'll own.
  • Partner with XD engineering and clinical teams to ensure an integrated solution that results in a flawless member experience.
  • Develop Project Requirement documents in partnership with other Product Managers & Product leads.
  • Partner with relevant parts of the organization to align on horizontals roadmap needs and timing.
  • Attend agile process meetings to keep project and feature development focused and on track, sign off on completed work, trace completed requirements, hold team accountable to timelines and scope.
  • Build and execute on a communication plan to partners and leaders including achieving consensus to vision and roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required. Degree in Engineering/CS (MBA or MPH is nice-to-have).
  • 4+ years experience working in a product manager role.
  • 2+ years working in healthcare preferable in disease or condition management.
  • 3+ years of strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Track record of successfully leading the concept creation, design and launch of consumer-facing products or programs. Using data to support decisions and for developing business cases and determining roadmap priorities.
  • 2+ years of experience following agile development methodology while working toward tight delivery deadlines.
  • Ability to keep business and strategic goals top of mind while prioritizing daily work needs.
  • Superior verbal and written communications.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA is helpful.
  • Experience with health devices and wearables is preferred.

Minneapolis is the preferred location, but will also consider San Francisco or Chicago
