We're looking for an experienced project manager to manage a blend of Scrum, Kanban, and micro development teams.

  • Determine and drive the right tailored process with leadership and team input to ensure Data Analytics team success.
  • Build consensus, buy-in, and drive flawless implementation with key players.
  • Run schedule and task tracking system and ensure it accurately reflects ongoing work.
  • Enthusiastically identify and mitigate risks associated with meeting feature and release achievements.
  • Ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties which may impede progress or compromise achievement scheduled landmarks.
  • Work with team to size stories building a reliable team velocity that enables the team to build the estimation skillset.
  • Work with Tech Leads and Product Owners to complete high level sizing to validate team and mid-level roadmaps.
  • Prepare and execute realistic project schedules for the development team including milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive and maintain culture of openness in all communication and reporting.
  • Facilitate all team meetings that include Planning, Demo, Retrospectives, Costing and Daily Standups.
  • Help team grow towards self-management. Promote ownership and accountability of everyone involved.
  • Manage relationships and shield team from external interference.
  • Set tone and support high team morale.


  • 1 - 3 years of progressively responsible experience in software development management
  • Experience leading Kanban, Scrum, and other project types
  • Experience working with Data Driven Product and Engineering organizations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong conflict resolution and resource development skills, focusing on supporting self management of resources
  • Experience working with Atlassian’s JIRA and Confluence
  • Start-up /entrepreneurial experience
  • Experience working in research environments and with rapidly changing goals
