Are you passionate about health and care? Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment? If so, Rally Health is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help change the game of employee benefits marketing. In this role, you will lead the creation and optimization of a portfolio of member acquisition efforts across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, paid media advertising, and more. Your initial focus will be to scale the growth of our program as we look to target beyond traditional employee benefits marketing approaches and demonstrate the return on investment of digital marketing. You will be an integral part of our efforts to drive user growth and meet our revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • You will build and a comprehensive strategic plan for digital and social to drive member engagement for Rally
  • You will execute all paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including paid search, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • You will continuously monitor daily/weekly/quarterly reporting of key performance indicators, including campaign performance, customer pipeline, and revenue attribution
  • You will oversee digital spend and budget process, including monthly reporting on forecast vs. actual, cost per conversion, and pipeline return
  • You will Manage internal and external partners to support day-to-day program execution, including crafting, reviewing, editing content to ensure it helps drive toward our strategic goals
  • You will stay on top of changing digital behaviors and trends, and provide creative, strategic inspiration to the broader team
  • You will partner internally to use existing resources and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on paid acquisition
  • Experience managing paid advertising budgets
  • Demonstrable experience with optimization of a portfolio of paid programs and channels towards conversion
  • Extraordinary communication and writing skills. Ability to present hypotheses and results to leadership teams
  • Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of data analysis and be able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and handle multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare or employee benefits experience desired
